​As the headquarters of Intel’s global Technology Development organization, Oregon is the heart of the company’s commitment to advancing Moore’s Law. With “Mod3” – a more than $3 billion investment to expand Oregon’s D1X development factory – Intel engineers now have more clean room space to develop the next generation of silicon technologies. 

Join a webcast with CEO Pat Gelsinger and Ann Kelleher, executive vice president and general manager of Technology Development, where they will celebrate the grand opening of Mod3, highlight the company’s positive impact in Oregon, and reiterate Intel’s commitment to U.S. leadership in semiconductor research and development (R&D). They will be joined by senior government officials, including U.S. Rep. Suzanne Bonamici, U.S. Sen. Jeff Merkley, U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden and Oregon Gov. Kate Brown.
