An Taoiseach, Tanaiste, the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation and Intel President visit Leixlip to confirm the progress of Intel’s $5 billion campus upgrade, the largest private investment in the history of the Irish State.

As we approach the end of 2013 we reflect on what has been an exciting and transformational time for Intel as a company and for Intel in Ireland. More than 6 months into his role as CEO of Intel Corporation, Krzanich has overseen a major reorganisation of the company, a refocusing of our business strategy and the creation of an entirely new business group focused on the Internet of Things, which kicked off with the introduction in September of a new family of microprocessors named Quark.
Science Fairs in Ireland 2013
This paper provides information for teachers at post-primary level on how to encourage and support students to participate in science fairs. The paper also contains information about the 3 major science fairs in Ireland namely the BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition, SciFest and the Sentinus Young Innovators. The paper also references multiple on line resources for teachers on how to support students develop an inquiry approach to learning.
